With a maximum acidity of 0.5%, it is obtained directly from handpicked olives using only mechanical methods.
Oleus Premium is produced in the Messinia region of the Southern Peloponnese, exclusively from the Greek Koroneiki variety, using cold extraction. The olives ripen between November and January and produce a high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
The organoleptic characteristics of the Koroneiki variety classify it as extra virgin due to its unique attributes.
