Olive Oil

Superior quality extra virgin olive oil with a maximum acidity of 0.5%, obtained directly from hand-picked olives and solely through mechanical methods. Oleus Premium is produced in the region of Messinia in the Southern Peloponnese, exclusively from the Greek Koroneiki variety, using cold pressing. The olives ripen between November and January, yielding a high-quality extra virgin olive oil. The organoleptic characteristics of the Koroneiki variety olive oil classify it as extra virgin due to its unique attributes.

Ideal for salads, marinades, or simply as a dressing over cooked meat, fish, and grilled vegetables.
