TRAINING METHODOLOGY
The Depententia Barista Academy training method is designed to create successful professionals in the coffee industry.
After years of research, we have concluded that theoretical training is the most crucial yet challenging aspect of barista education. For this reason, we have developed a remote learning system, allowing participants to study from anywhere and revisit difficult sections as many times as needed.
Practical training is equally important and should involve multiple repetitions for better assimilation. That’s why we provide each trainee with an individual workstation, ensuring they have access to a fully equipped station, just like those they will encounter in the job market.
The curriculum and practical training cover both international coffee recipes and specialty drinks popular in Greece, such as Freddo and Frappe, adapting to local preferences.
